Adrián Yépez products have been formulated and produced to the highest quality standards. If you are dissatisfied with the experience you have had, please let us know about it so that we can rectify the situation for you. If you suspect that the quality of the product is not right, please hold on to the product, note the lot number printed on the container and then contact us via the website to let us know about the situation. Depending upon the situation, we will collaborate to find the best solution for you.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All refunds related to returns that are not a result of our error will have the original Shipping and Handling fee removed from the total refund amount. You will also be responsible for return shipping charges back to our facility.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Adrián Yépez.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

Bad Address
Adrián Yépez is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. Adrián Yépez is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.
- HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER IN TRANSIT?
Once the order was processed and sent (in transit) it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping company and make the necessary changes (there may be an additional charge). 2. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER ?
If the order was processed and has not been shipped and wants to make a change of address the customer must cancel the order and make a new purchase and we will charge 3% of the transaction.this is done for the benefit of the costumer and protect him from scams.
Returning an Item
- Pack the item/s securely in the package along with RPA# written on a box or inside the box,
along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange or refund the product .
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Team. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
